At A ‘bit Rude™, all products are custom-made and produced on demand based on customer-provided specifications. As a result, all sales are final except in narrowly defined circumstances outlined in this Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is subject to these terms and that refund eligibility is strictly limited.
This Policy reflects the irreversible nature of custom production. Once an order is placed, materials are allocated, production is scheduled, and labor resources are committed. These processes begin promptly after purchase and cannot be undone, reversed, or reassigned to another customer.
A ‘bit Rude™ reserves the right to interpret and apply this Refund Policy at its sole discretion, consistent with applicable laws. Any exceptions granted in individual cases shall not constitute a waiver of our rights or establish precedent.
Failure to enforce any provision of this Refund Policy shall not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future. All rights and remedies under this Policy are cumulative and may be exercised independently or in combination.
A ‘bit Rude™ does not provide refunds as a general practice. All orders are produced based on the exact information submitted and approved by the customer at checkout. This includes, but is not limited to, product type, size, design, text, and customization details.
Refunds will not be issued for customer-related errors, including incorrect spelling, formatting, design choices, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes. Approval at checkout constitutes full acceptance of all submitted specifications and serves as final confirmation of the order.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all order details prior to submission. Once an order has been placed, it is considered final and binding, and no modifications, cancellations, or reversals will be permitted.
This Refund Policy constitutes the full and complete agreement regarding refunds and replacements. No verbal statements, prior communications, or representations outside of this Policy shall modify or override these terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by A ‘bit Rude™.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases where there is a verifiable defect in manufacturing, a production error, or a fulfillment mistake directly attributable to A ‘bit Rude™. All claims are subject to review and must be supported by clear and sufficient evidence.
Qualifying issues are limited to material defects, printing errors, or incorrect items shipped due to internal error. Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance that result from standard production processes do not constitute defects and are not eligible for refund.
Any remedy provided, including replacement, store credit, or refund, is issued at our sole discretion and does not constitute an admission of liability or fault. Remedies are limited strictly to the correction of confirmed errors within the scope of this Policy.
All claims must be submitted within twenty-one (21) days from the confirmed delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier. Claims submitted after this period will be denied without exception, except where required by applicable law.
Customers must provide complete documentation, including the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in immediate denial of the claim.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid, fulfilled order is considered a material breach of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. A ‘bit Rude™ reserves the right to actively dispute all such claims with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, customer approvals, production records, shipment tracking data, and delivery verification. Submission of a chargeback does not alter the contractual obligations agreed to at the time of purchase.
Customers who initiate unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may have their accounts suspended or permanently restricted from future transactions. In addition, we reserve the right to recover any financial losses incurred, including chargeback fees, administrative costs, payment processing penalties, and any associated legal or collection expenses resulting from the dispute.
We maintain detailed transaction and fulfillment records for the purpose of defending against disputes. These records may be submitted to financial institutions, payment processors, or legal authorities as evidence of proper order fulfillment and compliance with this Policy.
Where a chargeback is determined to be invalid or abusive, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds through all available legal and administrative remedies, including debt collection procedures and legal action where appropriate.
Any attempt to submit false, misleading, or manipulated claims, including altered images or inaccurate descriptions of defects, may be considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to deny such claims, restrict access to our services, and pursue appropriate legal or administrative remedies where necessary.
A ‘bit Rude™ is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur after an order has been transferred to a third-party shipping carrier. Once the carrier has taken possession of the package, all responsibility for transportation, handling, and delivery timing rests solely with the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error are considered successfully fulfilled and are not eligible for refund, replacement, or reshipment under any circumstances.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is suspected to be lost in transit, the customer must submit a claim within the specified timeframe and provide clear supporting evidence, including photos of the packaging and product where applicable. Claims may be subject to verification and investigation by the shipping carrier.
We may assist in facilitating communication with the carrier or filing claims where appropriate; however, such assistance does not guarantee resolution, refund, or replacement. Final determination of eligibility for any remedy remains at our sole discretion and subject to the terms of this Policy.

We do not guarantee satisfaction with subjective aspects of custom products, including design preferences, aesthetic expectations, or personal interpretations of the final product. Variations inherent to custom production, including minor differences in color, placement, or material appearance, do not constitute defects and are not grounds for liability.
Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and accept these limitations as a condition of purchase and agree that no additional remedies or compensation will be available beyond those explicitly stated in this Policy.
This Refund Policy and any disputes arising from or related to it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any claims, disputes, or legal proceedings arising from purchases, refund requests, or related matters shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Florida. By using our Online Services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
