Return Policy

At A Bit Rude LLC, all products are custom-made and produced on demand based on customer-provided specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns are not accepted as a general practice and are strictly limited to specific conditions outlined in this Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that each item is uniquely produced and cannot be restocked, resold, or reassigned once production has begun.

This Policy reflects the operational and financial realities of custom production. Once an order is placed, materials are allocated, production is scheduled, and labor resources are committed specifically to that order. These processes begin promptly after purchase and cannot be reversed without incurring losses that cannot be recovered through resale or reuse of the product.

A Bit Rude LLC reserves the right to interpret and apply this Return Policy at its sole discretion, consistent with applicable laws. Any exceptions granted in individual cases shall not constitute a waiver of our rights or establish precedent for future decisions. Failure to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce such provision at a later time.

No Returns by Default

Returns are not accepted under normal circumstances. All products are manufactured based on the exact specifications submitted and approved by the customer at the time of checkout. This includes all customization elements such as design, text, layout, size, and product selection, which are considered final upon order confirmation.

Returns will not be accepted for customer-related issues, including but not limited to incorrect spelling, formatting errors, dissatisfaction with design outcomes, incorrect size selection, or changes in personal preference after delivery. Approval at checkout constitutes full acceptance of all customization details and serves as confirmation that the order is accurate and complete.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing their purchase. Once an order enters production, it is considered final and binding, and no modifications, cancellations, or returns will be permitted outside of the limited exceptions defined in this Policy.

This Return Policy represents the full and complete agreement regarding returns. No prior communication, representation, or understanding outside of this written Policy shall modify or override these terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by A Bit Rude LLC.

Limited Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only in cases where a product contains a verified manufacturing defect, production error, or fulfillment mistake directly attributable to A Bit Rude LLC. All return requests are subject to review and must be supported by clear and sufficient evidence demonstrating the issue.

Eligible defects are limited to issues such as material flaws, printing errors, or incorrect items shipped due to internal error. Minor variations in color, alignment, or appearance that occur as part of standard production processes do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return or replacement.

Each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis using available documentation, including customer submissions and internal production records. Approval of a return does not constitute an admission of liability and is provided solely as a resolution for confirmed issues within the scope of this Policy.

Any approved return may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances. The form of resolution will be determined at our sole discretion and will be limited to correcting the specific issue identified.

Return Request Window and Verification

All return requests must be submitted within twenty-one (21) days from the confirmed delivery date, as indicated by carrier tracking information. Requests submitted after this period will be denied without exception, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are required to provide complete documentation when submitting a request. This includes the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence showing the defect, misprint, or error. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the request.

We reserve the right to independently verify all claims using internal records, including order confirmations, production logs, and delivery verification data. Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval, and additional information may be requested before a determination is made.

All claims are evaluated based on objective evidence and compliance with this Policy. Inconsistent or unverifiable claims may be rejected at our discretion.

Return Authorization and Process

No items may be returned without prior written authorization from A Bit Rude LLC. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, processed, or eligible for refund or replacement under any circumstances.

If a return is approved, customers must follow all provided instructions precisely. This includes packaging requirements, return shipping procedures, and any additional conditions specified during the authorization process. Failure to follow instructions may result in rejection of the return.

Returned items must be in the condition specified in the authorization. Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage not related to the reported issue may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items upon receipt before issuing any resolution. Approval of a return shipment does not guarantee final acceptance of the claim.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For returns approved due to verified errors on our part, A Bit Rude LLC may provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse shipping costs at our discretion. The method of return shipping will be determined based on the nature of the issue and logistical considerations.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with unauthorized, rejected, or ineligible returns. We are not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Return shipments are subject to verification upon receipt. Refunds, replacements, or store credits will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions outlined in the return authorization.

Any failure to comply with return instructions or shipping requirements may result in denial of the claim or delay in processing.

Shipping and Delivery Issues

A Bit Rude LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur after an order has been transferred to a third-party shipping carrier. Once the carrier has taken possession of the package, all responsibility for transportation, handling, and delivery timing rests solely with the carrier. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or in communications are for reference only and are not guaranteed, as they are subject to carrier performance and external factors beyond our control.

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address due to customer error are considered successfully fulfilled upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. Such orders are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances, regardless of whether the package is recovered.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is suspected to be lost in transit, the customer must submit a claim within the specified timeframe and provide clear supporting evidence. This includes photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage, as well as a detailed description of the issue. Claims may be subject to verification and investigation by the shipping carrier and may require cooperation from the customer during the process.

While A Bit Rude LLC may assist in facilitating communication with the shipping carrier or filing claims where appropriate, such assistance does not guarantee resolution, compensation, or eligibility for return, replacement, or refund. Final determination of any remedy remains at our sole discretion and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.

Fraud and Abuse Prevention

A Bit Rude LLC maintains a strict policy against fraudulent activity, abuse of return procedures, or misuse of this Policy. Any attempt to submit false, misleading, or manipulated claims, including but not limited to altered images, inaccurate descriptions of defects, or fabricated issues, may be considered fraudulent behavior and will be treated accordingly.

We reserve the right to deny any claim that appears inconsistent, unverifiable, or submitted in bad faith. This includes situations where provided evidence does not match internal records, production data, or delivery confirmation details. All claims are subject to internal review, and submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance or approval.

Customers found to be engaging in abusive behavior, including repeated invalid claims, attempts to exploit return policies, or misuse of dispute processes, may have their accounts restricted or permanently suspended. We also reserve the right to refuse future service, cancel pending orders, and limit access to our Online Services where such behavior is identified.

In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed or reasonably suspected, A Bit Rude LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal and administrative remedies. This may include reporting the activity to payment processors, financial institutions, or relevant authorities, as well as seeking recovery of losses incurred as a result of such actions.

Legal Compliance

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit, restrict, or override any mandatory rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws. Where such laws apply, including but not limited to regulations in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions, those rights will be honored strictly to the extent required by law.

Any legally required exceptions to this Policy will be interpreted narrowly and applied only where mandated. In such cases, all provisions will be enforced in a manner consistent with the custom and made-to-order nature of our products. Where permitted by law, return eligibility may be limited or excluded once production has commenced with customer approval.

Customers are responsible for understanding the legal protections available in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that custom product exemptions may apply and that statutory rights may be reduced or no longer applicable once production or fulfillment has begun.

A Bit Rude LLC reserves the right to comply with legal obligations in a manner that aligns with its operational processes and contractual terms. This includes maintaining documentation, production records, and transaction data to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and to defend against claims where necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A Bit Rude LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, use, return, or inability to return our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from delays, dissatisfaction with design outcomes, or third-party service failures.

We do not guarantee satisfaction with subjective aspects of custom products, including design preferences, aesthetic expectations, or personal interpretations of the final product. Variations inherent to custom production, including minor differences in color, placement, or material appearance, are considered normal and do not constitute defects or grounds for return or liability.

Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and regardless of whether the claim arises directly or indirectly from the use of our products.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and accept these limitations as a condition of purchase. You further agree that no additional remedies, damages, or compensation will be available beyond those explicitly stated in this Policy.

Governing Law

This Return Policy and any disputes arising from or related to it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any claims, disputes, or legal proceedings arising from purchases, return requests, or related matters shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Florida. By using our Online Services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If you access our services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your use is at your own initiative and that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws that may apply.

Nothing in this section is intended to override mandatory legal protections that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where such protections apply, they will be honored strictly as required.
